    Overnight Shipping

    Orders placed for overnight service before 1:00 PM EST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.) Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.

    Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship orders to international addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

    RETURNS

    Returns Policy

    • Within 30 days for a refund or for a store credit
    • Returns in the U.S. are free. Our shipping labels are prepared and there’s no restocking fee.
    • Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed.
    • Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached.
    • Must not be a sale item, personal product, hosiery or body product.

    Easy Returns

    1. Within 30 days of delivery put the item you wish to return into a box for a refund or for a store credit. Items received after 30 days won’t be accepted.
    2. Complete the return form available Here or go to ouihours/myaccount and indicate which item you are returning and the reason for your return.
    3. Just use the label that came with your package or press “Print Return Label” when you have completed your return form
    4. Place the return label on the box (found on the underside of this sheet).
    5. UPS locations can be found at ups.com/dropoff.

    Exchanges.

    We do not accept exchanges at this time.
    Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you wish to acquire a different sizing or color, send us your returns first, then place a new order. Please note: Items should be returned in their original packaging, to ensure their protection during transit. Allow us about 10 days to process your return. We’ll notify you through email once your refund or store credit has been processed.

    Gift Returns.

    If you have received an item as a gift and need to return it, our standard return policy still applies. Returns will be processed in the form of a store credit for the full amount of the gift or we will refund the amount to the original purchaser.

    All gifts should include a gift receipt and gifts purchased online should include our standard return form, as well as a return label to send the order back to us.

    When we receive it back from you we will process the credit for you and email you with instructions regarding how to redeem the credit online or in-store.

    We offer women (and men!) a beguiling setting to learn about intimates, to discover the finest global brands and to select from a curated collection of exquisite lingerie. All delivered in a chic editorial package featuring breathtaking photography and personal stories from the pantheon of modern women.

    How often do you release exclusive products?

    Every month we have a new exclusive collaboration, whether we are introducing exclusive products from a designer collaboration or launching a new line. In time, we plan to introduce more brands more frequently.

    How do I unsubscribe from the OuiHours' magazine?  You can unsubscribe here or from the bottom of every issue.

    Why am I not receiving my OuiHours issue?

    Please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there it might be blocked. To unblock please unsubscribe and resubscribe. You will then receive a sign up email from goop, so please remember to click "confirm." To ensure delivery, please add magazine@ouihours.com to your contacts and in case the issue is in your spam folder you will need to find it in your spam or junk folder and mark that it is not spam. If you are a gmail user, see below.

    Why am I not receiving OuiHours Magazine – gmail users?  Have you checked your "Promotions" tab? Gmail has updated its inbox layout and your goop email may be landing under the "Promotions" tab. To make sure goop gets delivered straight to your inbox, drag the magazine email to your “Primary” inbox.

    How do I change my email address for receiving OuiHours Managizine issues?  At the bottom of every issue you have the option to "[Update Profile]". Please use this option if you'd like for OuiHours to be delivered to a different email address.

    How do I learn about upcoming exclusive collections?

    We provide a sneak peak on our social media and on our website.
